Living and Dining The owner has designed and built this house to the highest standards available. Stepping in to the house you are impressed immediately,the living area is spacious,the large floor to ceiling windows give a bright and breezy atmosphere. All floors are quality granite. There is another lounge with large TV area, a proper bar area, the dinning area is at the back, with another lounge were you can entertain as you look out to the pool area and gardens.

The main fuly functional kitchen has a breakfast bar, granite work benches, ample cupboard space, cooker, microwave and a double door fridge etc. There is a Thai kitchen at the rear of the house.

A wooden teak stair case leads up to the sleeping quarters, all floors are polished wood. The master bedroom has an en-suite with bath and shower, it has walk in robes and balcony overlooking the gardens.

2cd and 3rd Bedrooms have en-suites and balconies.

GARDENS.

The property is surrounded by beautiful established gardens offering views from many different areas.

SWIMMING POOL AREA.

At the side of the house is a large verandah overlooking the magnificent pool and jakuzi. A truly beautiful spot to relax and enjoy the ambience this house has to offer.

MAIDS QUARTERS.

The self contained maids quarters is seperated from the main building and located at the rear of the house.
